Every year DragonCon hosts a Dawn Look-Alike contest where a bevvy of beautiful women create costumes that reflect Dawn the character from the Cry For Dawn comics created by Joseph Michael Linsner. This year's winner was Millicent Olvey from Daluth, GA.
